Jellystone Park

Oh my goodness - we love this place! This is seriously one of my favorite places to camp - particularly because it is literally only 4 minutes from our house = ) Forgot something? No problem, just run home and grab it! But, that is not the only reason, there are awesome shaded tent spots, and clean clear pool to swim in, a huge jumping pillow for the kiddos, crafts and activities, and an outdoor movie to cap off the evening. So perfect!

The MEN setting up the tent.

Striking a pose = )

Me and my fave li'l redhead.

Me and my boys getting ready to head to the pool!

So happy = )

Sillies.

Our view from the top of the firetruck that we got to cruise around the park on!

Here comes Yogi!!!! You should've heard the kiddos squealing with excitement!

Gage and Yogi.

Now that's a bear hug = )

Deflating the mattress.

Aha! Another reason this is a fun place to camp - free WiFi!
Man oh man do we love our iPad!

Blastball!

So Gage is playing Blastball this summer and it truly is a blast! It's a little less formal than official T Ball, but still gives the kiddos the fundamentals of the game. It is so cute to see all of these little 4 and 5 year olds scrambling around = ) Gage isn't too keen on warming up and playing catch - that only  holds his attention for about 3 or minutes. But, when it comes to batting - oh, boy! That is his favorite and he really is quite the slugger!

Giving the thumbs up while waiting to bat.

Way to go slugger!

Cutie.

Clowning around - with the glove on the wrong hand!
My silly little lefty = )

This may be Gage's favorite part of Blastball - hanging out on the mosaic walls in front of the rec center!
It combines 2 of his most favorite things - climbing and art - what could be better?

Being a tough guy - asking a friend, "Are you talking to me?" a la Al Pacino style.

Appreciating the art.

Climbing on the art = )

So glad we enrolled Gage in this program. So fun!

Riley's First Official T Ball Game!

Team in the dugout right before the game - so serious.

Riley's first turn up to bat - he's a slugger!

Whew! Made it to first - no problem = )

Now at second!

On the way to score!!!

First time in the field - played center. Stopped two balls!

Another hit!

Getting advice from the best first base coach (and daddy) ever!

Another score!

Wow! What a fun and entertaining day! So looking forward to many more of these = )

Fun times and trip to Mac ...

This is where the boys get their silliness!
Corey drove almost 2 miles with this spoon hanging off his nose = )

Hangin' at the Hubers on the deck.

The boys with Grandma and Papa Huber.

Gage thought this was an important shot to take. Two of his favorites:
Ice Cream Float and Watermelon. Yum!

Another Gage photo, Uncle Jamie through the flyswatter = )

Corey and Hunter.

Gage loved this "tree face" - this is one of like 20 pictures he took of it!

Riley wrestling with Jamie.

Gage getting in on the action.

Good times!

Eclipse

This year we got to witness an annular eclipse. Very exciting! These don't come around too often and are super cool for a star lover like me. I am so happy I got to share this with my family = )

Me with my super cool eclipse viewing glasses.

The sun through the glasses.

Riley digging his first eclipse.

Gage missed the memo about the eclipse.

Here we go ...

A little more ... sure wish I had a good camera with some awesome lenses!

A view through the welder's mask.

Again ...

Another ...

Getting closer.

Ugh. Here come the clouds.

Still cloudy.

Midpoint of the eclipse. Cool.
